CNC Gearbox V2 (8mm) – QSC

CNC V2 Gearbox designed for AR15 (M4), M16 and other airsoft replicas with V2 gearbox. This gearbox is made from a solid block of aircraft-grade aluminum (Dural) EN AW 7075 T651, which has higher strength (590MPa) than common construction steel (390MPa). Due to the material used, our gearboxes have the best durability and strength than common zinc-aluminum gearboxes. We manufacture these gearboxes on our precision CNC milling machines in our factory. The detail on the bracket (8mm) means the diameter of the bushings/bearings.

We have made some useful improvements to our CNC V2 gearboxes:

The spring holders have slots so the springs for the threaded plate and the trigger switch do not pop out.
A slot has been added for the safety lever, so that it remains in place during installation.
Added slot for trigger spring, for better fit.
AOE control hole.
Bushing/bearing sockets have a smaller diameter of approximately -0.02 mm (7.98 mm) to prevent the bushings from tipping during installation. The edges of the sockets are cut for better installation.
We have improved the slots for 1mm wiring, now you can use wiring with a diameter of 2.5mm.
A protective edge has been added for the wiring against the motor.
All threads are now formed rather than cut for better strength.
Both parts of the gearbox are centered by slots and milled edges.
A hole has been added to release the anti-return latch.
For better durability, we added more material around the cylinder head portion of the gearbox, this was the most critical part and we added 100% more material where the radius is huge.
A slot has been added for the anti-reverse latch spring, so it won't pop out.
The outer edges are now cut off.
On the outside of the gearbox (8 mm or 9 mm) is the bushing type gearbox.
