The Blackbird series is made of solid materials and is ideal for virtually any configuration. Thanks to its high rpm, it can also be used in short-stroke engines of 0.5 joules or less than 1 joule. Take care with spring and sector gear management to avoid pre-locking, which could cause piston or sector gear breakage. Our magnets withstand high temperatures of up to 150°C, and the armature is equipped with a cooling system and 0.8 mm wire leads. The cooling port near the end bell provides effective cooling without the risk of damaging the motor if any internal part fails. The CNC-machined end bell also provides improved cooling and improved bearing fit and strength inside the motor. The pinion is made of durable MIM material and, with a D-shaped fit, is easy to change if necessary. It also provides better power transmission than O-shaped pinions.
