The FPS cylinder is made of high-density stainless steel to withstand the constant friction caused by the metal alloy piston head and ensure maximum mechanical and chemical resistance.
The exterior of the cylinder incorporates a special cooling groove design to effectively dissipate the heat generated by friction between the piston head and the cylinder.
All FPS cylinders are CNC machined for maximum dimensional accuracy.
In addition, the cylinder bore is polished to reduce friction between the piston head O-ring and the cylinder, creating an excellent air seal and ensuring long-lasting optimal performance.
